Wind Resistance
Steel structure buildings are relatively lightweight, have high tensile strength, good overall rigidity, and strong deformation capacity. The building itself weighs only one-fifth of a brick-concrete structure and can withstand hurricanes of up to 70 meters per second, ensuring effective daily protection of life and property.
Durability
Most flat roofs in low-rise villas are pitched roofs. Therefore, the flat roof structure mostly uses a triangular portal steel frame system made of cold-drawn steel components. After the structural slabs and plasterboard are installed, the lightweight steel structure components form a very stable “plate-rib structure system.” This structural system has a stronger seismic resistance and the ability to resist horizontal loads, and can be used in areas with a seismic intensity of 9 degrees or higher.
Heat Insulation
Sound insulation performance is a key indicator for evaluating residential buildings. Windows installed in light steel structure systems all feature double-pane insulated glass, delivering exceptional sound insulation exceeding 40 decibels. Walls composed of light steel stud partitions and gypsum board with thermal insulation materials achieve sound insulation up to 60 decibels.

Thermal Insulation
The primary insulation material used is glass wool board, delivering excellent thermal insulation performance. The insulation applied to walls scientifically prevents “wall deformation,” achieving optimal thermal insulation results. Approximately 100mm thick R15 insulation provides thermal resistance equivalent to a 1-meter thick wall.
Physical and Mental Health
Steel structures effectively reduce air pollution caused by waste. The steel structure materials for houses are 100% recyclable, and most other service facility materials are also recyclable, aligning with current environmental awareness. All materials are green and energy-saving, taking into account ecological governance requirements and promoting health.
Performance
The entire structure of light steel structure housing is composed of cold-drawn thick-walled steel components. The anchors are made of highly corrosion-resistant, high-toughness cold-rolled galvanized steel sheets, effectively avoiding the damage caused by rust on carbon steel sheets during construction and use, thus extending the service life of the light steel structure components. The structural lifespan is up to 100 years.
Comfort
The walls of the light steel structure utilize a highly efficient, energy-saving, and environmentally friendly system with a “breathing” effect, regulating indoor air humidity. The roof has air circulation capabilities, creating airflow spaces within the house to ensure air circulation and heat dissipation.
