- Steel Structure Construction
(1) Hoisting and Installation of Steel Columns and Beams
① A specialized construction plan must be developed for steel structure hoisting operations. Implementation shall proceed only after plan approval. Where expert review is required, implementation shall follow review in accordance with relevant regulations.
② Crane operators, signalers, and riggers must hold valid special operation certificates and adhere to the “Ten No-Lifting Rules.”
③ Prior to lifting operations, inspect lifting equipment and slings to ensure they are in good condition and meet safety requirements. Use dedicated slings for steel structure lifting.
④ Install steel ladders and fall arresters on steel columns before lifting. After positioning the steel column, firmly place shims under the column base. Initially tighten the column base bolts. Secure the steel column in all four directions using guy wires. Lock the manual hoist. Only release the hook after fully tightening the column base bolts. Remove guy wires only after establishing a stable frame structure.
⑤ Install vertical double-rope safety lines before lifting steel beams. After positioning the steel beams, secure them with temporary bolts. The number of temporary bolts must be no less than one-third of the total installation bolt holes and no fewer than two bolts. Only release the hooks after all temporary bolts are installed.

- Overall Steel Structure Lifting
In addition to adhering to the safety requirements for steel beam and column lifting and installation, overall steel structure lifting must also comply with the following provisions:
① Prior to overall lifting, inspect the reliability of lifting equipment, slings, and lifting points. Mark the calculated lifting point positions.
② After overall positioning, the lifting hooks may only be released once the number of bolted connections meets the plan requirements.
- Overall Lifting of Space Frames and Connecting Corridors
① A specialized construction plan must be developed before lifting operations. Implementation shall follow the approved plan. Where expert review is required, it shall be conducted in accordance with relevant regulations before implementation.
② Before lifting, meticulously inspect the reliability of lifting devices, corbels, welds, etc., according to the plan. Proceed only after confirming no issues.
③ Conduct a pre-lift before the formal lift. During staged loading, pause and inspect after each stage is completed. Check stress deformation before and after loading on the lifting platform, connecting cabinet frames, lower lifting point reinforcement members, etc., as well as the stability of the main frame columns.
④ After completing staged loading, pause when the integrated steel structure lifts approximately 10 cm off the assembly jig. Hold for 12 hours to conduct a comprehensive inspection of all equipment operation and structural integrity.
⑤ Unloading may only commence after all rear-mounted members are fully installed. Unload slowly and in stages according to the plan, adjusting based on on-site conditions until the steel strands are completely relaxed.
⑥ During lifting operations, designate personnel to monitor the working condition of the steel strands and closely observe structural deformation. Report any abnormalities directly to the command and control center.
⑦ Prohibit overlapping operations during lifting. Unauthorized personnel must not enter the construction site without permission during the lifting process.
